Crew Time

Crew time is one of the most critical contributors to success at RNPS. Crew ensures that every students feels they belong and can be successful. It supports our School Character Framework, enabling students to become Effective Learners and Ethical People, Contributing to a Better World. Crew is a way of being that creates a culture of compassion, respect, teamwork, and shared responsibility. It is evident in school structures, such as family events, service learning, peer mentoring and tutoring, and student leadership.

Student - led conferences

Student-led conferences are an integral component of Student engaged assessment. They promote ownership of learning within students. Crew time provides the time and structure for students to learn about and prepare for participating in SLC's.

Scope and Sequence

The RNPS Crew time scope and sequence is based on 4 crew meetings a week. The Scope and Sequence includes a focus on our Habits, goal setting, preparing for Student-led conferences, Service learning project and behaviour and progress reflections.
