
Friday - Wellbeing Activities
You will need to choose 4 activities to work on today.
All of these activities are designed to promote wellbeing.
Taking care of our wellbeing is very important. Our wellbeing effects our learning habits, our outlook and mindset. When we don't take care of our wellbeing, we can become frustrated, upset and distracted. This in turn can lead us to disengaging with our learning from home work tasks. We know that learning from home is not easy and that the current restrictions we are living with can make us feel sad.
The good news is that these restrictions will not last forever. Soon we will be back at school with our teachers and friends. In the meantime, we hope that these activities will help to keep you OPTIMISTIC and keep you on track with your learning. Remember you should let your teachers know if you are having any difficulties with learning from home.
You must choose 2 activities from group 1 and 2 activities from group 2.
